Balance fundamentals
- Setup is feeder with two hands on stick, worker with one hand. Feeder is working Posta Frontale, worker on Posta Longa.

- Same drill moving with the worker pushing the feeder backward, both parties staying in contact and adaptive to movements
Dagger striking

First master catch / balance & pressure
